For a more equitable and inclusive society and through various initiatives, Dorcas Consolation Family is dedicated to expand opportunities of every girl and woman so that they thrive and fulfill their full potentials. DCF women empowerment program encompasses custom design products, village savings groups and lending associations, financial literacy, and vocational training to equip women with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Custom Design Products harness women's creativity and entrepreneurial spirit by providing them with opportunities to showcase their talent and craftsmanship. Through our custom design products initiative, we encourage women to explore their artistic abilities and create unique items. We offer training and mentorship to help women develop their skills in areas such as handicrafts, fashion design and more. By imparting relevant skills, women and teen mothers are empowered to pursue gainful employment, start their own businesses, or advance in their careers, thereby breaking gender barriers and achieving economic empowerment.

Financial Literacy aims to enhance women's financial knowledge and skills for women, enabling them to make sound financial choices, build assets, and secure their financial future. The projects offers comprehensive financial education with topics such as budgeting, saving, investment, and debt management.

Climate resilience project reduces women vulnerability to climate change through support in adopting climate-smart agricultural systems, drought-resistant crops, regenerative farming, soil conservation techniques, and training on sustainable farming practices
